Rubberized fibered coating for roof and foundation CR-340

The CR340 is a rubberized fibrous coating for roofing and foundation. It is used to waterproof wood, masonry and asphalt roofs. Composed with elastomer, this product creates a better sealing membrane than the regular coatings. It is also used to resaturate damaged asphalt shingles and regenerate damaged surfaces. This coating is excellent for extending the useful life of roofs.

Surface preparation

Surfaces must be clean and free of dust, dirt or other contaminants. For best results, Surface repairs must first be done with Rubberized Plastic Cement CR320 from Condor Flex.

Application

Do not apply if rain is expected. During colder periods, keep the product in a temperate place to facilitate its application. Stir well before application. Apply the product in an even and thin layer. If the product is applied on a slope higher than 4/12, take the necessary precautions to prevent slipping of the product until it is completely dried. A stone ballast can be put on the paths. Close the container after each use.

Drying

Allow about 4h for surface drying and about 48h for complete drying. The drying time depends on the application method, the ambient temperature, the surface and the thickness applied.

Restriction / Caution

Do not use this coating on recent asphalt shingles. Do not use as resaturant on coal tar pitch coatings. Keep out of the reach of children. If the product is applied near a ventilation or air conditioning unit, take the necessary precautions to prevent infiltration of solvent odours toward the inside. Keep open container or freshly applied product away from open flames, sparks or other sources of heat. For outdoor use only. Do not use on a new asphalt shingle roofing.

The product may be kept in its original sealed container up to 12 months after the date of purchase by the user.

Warranty

10 years limited warranty when installed and / or applied as recommended by the manufacturer. We will replace the product with a manufacturing defect. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for any amount exceeding the purchase price of the product used. The consumer must ensure that this product is suitable for the intended use. Because of atmospheric conditions, applicator competence and surface conditions being independent of the manufacturer’s control, we limit our liability for one year following the date of purchase, with proof of purchase, to replacement of defective material only in its original hermetic container.
