Annual amber rustproofing Sealflex

The rustproofing Seaflex Amber is a product composed of corrosion inhibitors, wax and virgin oil. It prevents the rust formation on metal surfaces that are exposed to moisture, water or calcium. An annual application extends the life of your vehicle body. Being amber, it becomes the ideal product for visible surfaces of the vehicle where aesthetics becomes an issue. The rustproofing Sealflex Amber is applied to new or used surfaces, since it remains flexible and never completely dry. It doesn’t trap moisture. This product has a gelatinous consistency which allows the product to adhere to the surface and to be easily dispersed in areas where water may collect. It is formulated to not leak. Its fruity odor makes it pleasant to use for applicators and the customers. It provides effective protection up to 2-3 years on coated parts that are not directly exposed to bad weather.

Surface preparation

Degrease and remove all dirt by alkaline or high pressure cleaning with a suitable detergent. Eliminate any moisture, rust, or other materials that could prevent the product's effectiveness.

Application

Ideally, keep the product in a temperate place. Shake well by tumbling or rolling on the ground before application. Following cleaning and thorough drying of the vehicle, apply the product in a thin layer at least 5 mils thick using a spray or brush. Use the necessary safety precautions for personal protection and cleanliness of the place of application.

Drying

Allow about 5 hours for surface drying. The drying time depends on the application method, the ambient temperature and the surface.

Restriction / Caution

Avoid using this product where the smell of solvents may affect food or other products that may be affected. Never apply tothe inside of polymer panel, ou electrical components or on fiberglass that has not been pre-coated with a factory primer.

The product should be stored away from the sun to prevent premature oxidation of the product. It can be kept in its original sealed container until 12 months after the date of purchase by the user.

Warranty

The customer must ensure that this product is suitable for the intended purpose. Atmospheric conditions, applicator’s skills and surface conditions being beyond the manufacturer’s control, we limit our liability for one year following the date of purchase, with proof of purchase, to replacement of defective material only in its original hermetic container. Port paid plant (FOB plant).
